Early spring 2021 I was invited to play instrumental show at Ääniä (voices) festival in Finland 31/07/2021. It's a new festival formed to continue long history of Keitele Jazz festival. At the same time I had moved to work with new equipments, and was learning how to use my new Akai MPC Live II after over a decade with MPC1000 as my main workstation. On those "how this MPC Live II works?" sessions I started to combine sounds, sampled from some synths, drummachines, groovebox sounds and so on, and used only it's own effects. It started sound pretty good, and soon I realized that it will be something really different what I have done before, but still somehow my sound and mood, and I really liked it and knew that it's going to be something I want to release. Then I got this idea: Well, new nice art festival, I have new stuff with new sound coming, so I asked from festival organizers would it be ok if I make & play completely new, about 45 minute long work there for the first time, record it, and then release the whole thing. They were really happy about that, so I started to work more on that project. I got another Akai MPC Live II for that too.

So, here is the result, played with two Akai MPC Live II workstations, something different from my earlier almost 100% 60's and 70's cratedigged sample based works.
